Overview
Nolea is an AI-powered recruiting platform that gives recruiters access to more than 40 million healthcare professionals across hundreds of primary data sources.
During my time there, I designed several key experiences across the product ecosystem, including Nolea People Search, an open candidate discovery experience, AI Copilot, which automated candidate sourcing from a recruiter's ATS, and Multi-Channel Outreach, which enabled recruiters to engage candidates directly from the platform.
Together, these experiences connected different stages of the recruiting journey, from discovering talent to identifying relevant candidates and engaging them.

Making millions of professionals easier to discover
Nolea People Search was a dedicated search experience for discovering healthcare professionals using job titles, locations and keywords.
I designed the experience as part of Nolea's broader talent discovery ecosystem, with advanced search creating a natural path into the core Nolea platform where recruiters could access richer candidate data and functionality.
AI Copilot
Turning candidate search into candidate discovery
Before Copilot, recruiters had to manually search through Nolea's talent database to find candidates that matched their open roles.
I designed the AI Copilot to connect with a recruiter's ATS, understand their open roles and automatically surface relevant candidates from Nolea's 40M+ healthcare professional database.
The result was a workflow that reduced manual sourcing effort by 80%+.
Multi-channel outreach

Finding the right candidates was only part of the recruiting workflow.
I designed Nolea's Multi-Channel Outreach experience to help recruiters select candidates, enrich their information, create campaigns and reach multiple candidates directly from the platform.
