(1) My approach
Over the past eight years, building brands, products, and services, I've learnt that good design doesn't begin with assumptions. It begins with understanding people, business goals, and the realities that shape every experience.
That's why I design beyond screens, from strategy and discovery to launch and impact. My goal is to make decisions ridiculously simple by asking the right questions, understanding the problem, and designing the right solution.

Asking better question
Whether I'm designing a product, service, or brand system, I start by understanding the people behind the problem. Across startups, enterprise products, and emergency response systems, I've found that meaningful solutions begin with asking the right questions.
That led me to create a simple six-question framework, W.W.W.H.C.S., to define the right problem, align business goals with human needs, and design solutions that create meaningful impact and make decisions simpler.
