Asking better questions.
Good design begins with askinng the right questions . That's why I developed a framework built around six questions to help me understand the people, context, constraints, and desired outcomes before deciding what to build.

02 / METHOD

My approach didn't come from a book or a workshop. It came from building businesses, working across brands, products and services, and seeing firsthand that great ideas fail when they aren't grounded in people or reality.
Entrepreneurship taught me to think beyond the interface. It taught me that products, brands, operations and customer experiences are all connected. That's why I enjoy working end-to-end—from shaping the initial idea to measuring the impact after launch.
I'm endlessly curious about what makes people think, feel and behave the way they do. Understanding that has become my favourite part of design because once you truly understand people, designing meaningful solutions becomes far more intentional.
